Terms of Use
By submitting comments and stories to be published by visionSynergy (vS) on the ConnectedBook.net (CB) website, you are agreeing to the following:
- vS has the right to publish the content in electronic and print form, and may elect not to publish the content due to content, length, or other constraints.
- Submissions will be reviewed prior to acceptance so will not be posted immediately even if accepted for publication.
- Submissions accepted for publication will not be acknowledged other than their appearance on the site.
- vS may choose to edit the content for clarity or length.
- vS reserves the right to use a portion or description of the content in our promotional and other materials, and to reproduce and distribute the content in derivative and ancillary forms of its publications (e.g. electronic, bound volumes, anthologies, online services, reprints, CD-ROMs).
- You agree that content you submit is original or, if the work is of others, is properly attributed.
- vS will not publish your email address unless you specifically elect to include it within the body of your content. We may use your email address to correspond with you about your submission or to inform you of items of interest related to the ConnectedBook.net website.
- You agree to hold vS harmless for any ramification from its publishing of content you submit.
